|How long after I place my order before you ship it?
Manuals are printed on-demand by Caterpillar® to ensure they contain the latest information from Caterpillar. Printing generally takes 3-4 business days for paper (hardcopy) manuals, and 1-3 business days for books on CD. Most manuals are shipped within 4-5 business days of order. If you placed your order after 3:00 PM (Central time) or on a weekend/holiday, you should add additional day(s) to the print/ship time.
Are you people reputable?
Absolutely! We have been in the service manual business since 2007. We will be here when you need us.
Are you owned by Caterpillar?
No, we are neither owned by nor related to Caterpillar, we are an independent business owned by a US Army Veteran who served in foreign combat theaters as a diesel mechanic (MOS=63W) and was honorably discharged after fulfilling his enlistment contract.

How risky is it sending my credit card information over the Internet?
We take extreme measures to make sure your credit card number and other personal information is secure. Therefore, once we've completed your order, all personal information is removed from our servers. This way, in the event our information system is hacked, none of our customers will have to worry about their personal information getting into the wrong hands. Nobody is immune to hackers; financial institutions, software companies (including Microsoft), the Pentagon and many other organizations have been hacked into. In order to provide the absolute highest level of security, we choose not to keep your personal information on file. We understand this may be an inconvenience to some, but peace-of-mind knowing your personal information is safe is absolutely critical, and we believe it's worth the trade-off.

Just like e-Bay, Amazon, and other e-commerce sites, in order to be efficient, provide great service, and have lower prices, we must keep our expenses low. Therefor we prefer that you contact us by e-mail.
